More active now in her Viv

Hello everyone!!
I took my corn outside last monday for the first time ever. She was born on captivity so I think this was her very first time. At first I held her and we sat in the sun... ( I didn't know how beautiful her eyes looked) and then I laid her down on the grass. She didn't move at all the 15 min. I let her stay in the grass, I think she didn't know what it was..haha. After that I picked her up and took her back to her viv.
Now this is where things change : Before she would move very little during the day, she was always in her cave. But now she's always active during the day and she's climbling up the viv and trying to push the lid off, I mean she's serious about getting out.
Does this has to do with me taking her outside?
Did she now realize the world is BIG out there? Just a thought!
I love Sofia (my corn) she's great!!!!!

It probably just means it's another day closer to feeding day! Isn't it fun taking them outside? Such good excercise, if they actually move! Do you have a tree for her to climb next time?

Once my snake passes his meal, one of my favorite things to do is take him outside and let him slither in the warm shade on the driveway, on the rocks, in some small plants and trees.

Oh how he LOVES it. :]]
And I do too. Great photo opportunity... if he ever sits still. lol

Yes Nanci, after you told me she wouldn't get mites and just logged off and took Sofia outside...I had a great time watching her(even though she didn't do much) and I hope she had a great time also.
No, trees around here are too tall, no branches that I can reach.

Any suggestions as what I can do to make it fun for Sofia next time we are outside?

Do you have any pine trees, or other trees with rough bark that she can just climb up the trunk of?
