All Okeetees are normal cornsnakes. Okeetee phase are normal corns that are selectively bred to have very wide black borders. To be called a true Okeetee, IMO, they must have bloodlines that trace back to the Okeetee Hunt Club. So, if you don't know the snake's origins, I would say you have a nice normal corn, but probably not an Okeetee. Looks like a pretty nice little corn.
