if i left a mouse in my snakes tank over night and it didnt get eating is it ok to re-freeze it and use it again?

if you left a steak out overnight would you want to eat it again?

i wouldn't feed it to my snake. mice are cheep.

^ Exactly.

If you've thawed it and only had it out for 3 hours tops (if it's a hopper or bigger), then I say it's okay to re-freeze, but not over night.

Any mouse not eaten within 3 hrs gets offered to another snake, if no one eats it or if the snake was left over night it gets trashed. No risks here. Refreezing thawed meat without actually cooking it is a major no-no and snakes aren't meant to eat cooked mice.
