It was feeding day here too. Mine are a bit better than yours at trying to figure out which end is the head. Did you zombie dance or just plop the mouse in there?
 
Zombie dance first, then plopped. This was his first time on black mice, he wasn't sure what to do, followed it mouse nearly 2 feet up.
 
Lol. My female Ultramel is a terrible feeder. She has a great feeding response but for some reason she doesn't trust me one ounce. I keep trying to plop her into a 6qt tub like everyone else gets (except for the black rat snake) and she starts a feeding response fierce enough to kill a horse. The only problem is, she strikes at me and not the mouse. An I can never get her into the stupid tub.
