Mouthy Problems

I brought home a new cornsnake yesteraday. She's 2 years old! :D

The person I got her from was keeping her on bed a beast and it looks like she has gotten some of it in her mouth. Her mouth isn't closing properly and you can see the dirt there.
Should I remove the dirt using my fingers or is it better to go with a cotton swab or something similar?
Should I also treat it with an antibacterial product just in case?

Any Input helps! :D

-Thanks

You might try a small syringe with some water and gently flush the stuff out of her mouth.
