Moving to a new viv

I haven't been able to find anything on here about feeding when moving to a new viv. I made a new viv and I am planning on moving Harley into it on friday night. That way, I can keep an eye on him that night to make sure he can't escape. Feeding day is thursday afternoon. My question is should moving him that soon after eating effect him in any way? He is always good when handling him 24hrs after feeding, but I didn't know with the stress of a move. Maybe overanalyzing a little, but still wanted to know. Thanks for the help!

I took my baby corn home from the breeder the day after he fed and he was ok, but I left him totally alone except changing water for a few days after. Since then he's shown no stress and has fed enthusiastically on his next meal!

Why not just put feeding off a little.
And when you move him put a little of his old bedding in with him so has something familiar.

I might do that, never even thought of that. I am using the exact same bedding in his new viv (even coming out of the same bag) so thanks for the help.

A few of mine have behaved like new arrivals in a new viv, and needed the full week of settling-in time before eating.

Might be worth postponing the feed and avoiding the stress. Shouldn't be a problem for the snake as long as he's been eating OK up to now.
