moving to double pinks... how?

Fluffy & Cinder's Mommy
Is there any trick to getting my snakes to take 2 pinks? I'm planning on starting them tomorrow. I wasn't sure if there was anything I needed to do differently vs just feeding one pinky.

Cinder takes the pinks right out of my hand, but fluffy is a shy eater, so I have to drop his in and walk out of the room for awhile so he will eat. Should I just drop two in and see what happens?

Corns are opportunistic eaters, and will eat whatever you put in their feeding box.. unless the food items are too large. Even then some of them might make a gallant effort.

They should be fine if you just keep doing what you're doing, + one pink!

Good luck.

ok, thanks for the help. I get nervous when it comes to my boys... we love them to death, and they have helped my daughter overcome her fear of snakes, so they have really become part of the family.

I usually do a couple meals of 1.5 pinks before going to doubles. And I just put the whole and half pink right in with the snake and leave it.
