Multiple Corns

I am actually looking to get another Corn.Yes I might have the addiction  . But I was wondering, can I keep Rosy and the other one in a 29 gallon tank? I know to separate them when feeding but I just want to know if they will live happily.Sorry for asking too many questions.

Hi DTkach if you look just above your post their is a Husbandry and Basic Care FAQ post with all the information there:D

I have read through it and read other's posts and i think it is a big no no for the reasons below....

Harder to monitor just one snake ie shedding pattern and poo pattern
If one becomes ill the illness could spread to the other one
cannabilism although unlikely
regurging food

I have only had my first ever Snake for 2 weeks so i am no expert but i hope this has helped and read that Husbandry and Basic Care FAQ post above as it's a very informative read and i'm sure some more experienced posters will be along soon:D

Ah OK I'm sorry for not looking around.Does anyone have recommendations? I am allowed to get another one but don't have room in my room for another tank. And the tank are costly too.If I could find a cheap one maybe. But does anyones have any ideas? And about the racks, how do you heat those tiny containers?

well maybe(key word "MAYBE") you could split the 29 gallon in half with some thing thats not see through and there are no gaps anywhere(top, bottom, sides, etc.), then you could put rosy in one half on the tank and the new one on the other....but you'd still end up having to buy bigger tanks down the road as the snakes get bigger...this is why i love my sterilite and rubbermaid tubs not to exspensive and come in a wide range of sizes so when the snake grows there another tub of the right size and you dont have to pay alot of money for.

going now..

Don't worrying about forgetting to look i did not say it to be funny i just said it incase you did not know it was there and it is very informative:)

I am really not sure mate about the racks as i only have one corn which is kept in a big container that's like 16 inches by 8 inches and will be going into a viv in like 6 months.

If you want to find out about racks just type racks into the search button up the top as their is loads of posts on racks:)

Hope you find what your looking for:D

not racks....tubs. the one i got for my bp is a 90qt tub which is about 22.5G and it measures 35"Lx19"Wx19"T. tubs not racks.

forgot to add that i'm going to get her bigger tub since the one shes in now isn't as wide as i'd like it to be or as long either

Do the snakes enjoy the tubs? Do they have room for water, hiding,ad other stuff? I was thinking of getting tubs but they seem mean to the snakes.I will search for the racks and tubs though.PS:How much do you think a tub for an adult corn would cost?

If you get the size that fit under beds, they are just about perfect for a corn, even to adulthood.
