Munson plan-- what do you do?

Hello! First off, we are newbie snake owners. I have already learned so much from this site! We just got a beautiful amel 5 days ago. We weighed and measured her today and she is about 32 inches and 127 grams. We were told she was a year old. Her previous owner has been feeding regular fuzzies once every 7 days and we fed her one on Wednesday. According to the Munson Feeding plan, she should be eating weanlings. That's 2 sizes up. The fuzzies do seem the be as wide as her widest part, but I'm a novice. I noticed that she had no visible lump within 24 hours of feeding, but I haven't seen any poops yet. I have read a lot of things that say she would be digesting for 48-72 hrs. Maybe that's a sign that she needs the next size up?
So here are my questions:
1) Should I bump her up? Slowly transition over the next few weeks/months to the weanlings?
2) Should I stick with reg fuzzies and feed every 5 days? If so, that would be tomorrow. Should she poop between the two feedings?
3) Do these weights and measurements seem typical for a one year old corn? Is there no way to know because of variances in husbandry?

What would you do?

The Munson Plan was one persons guide to how he fed his snakes. I don't think Dean expected it to take on a life of it's own ;) Fwiw my 2 yearlings are 75 and 91 grams and on one large hopper/weanling once a week. They are siblings that have been fed exactly the same. The female seems to grow just a lil bit faster. :) I try her on weanling or large hpper, she certainly has the weight and size for it.

I use the munson plan as a guide line but usually just eye ball the size with the snake. The 24-48 hour rule is for handling usually. They can poop anytime after that. If they are close to a shed, sometimes they will hold it until they shed. That will leave you a nice snake skin fecal burrito.

I would do what Chris said and try to give a hopper.

Okee dokee then! I will try a hopper next time. Thanks for the quick replies! Looking forward to that fecal burrito deal...seems like easy clean up! ;)
