I can't tell if that's yellow there or not, but your dark one appears to be an anery. They often have brown tones as they go from baby to juvenile. Motley is not simply a pattern. It is a genetic trait that causes the belly to be clear, meaning no checker pattern, and tends to fuse the saddles. Sometimes that causes circles. Sometimes that causes a stripe-looking pattern. Sometimes it does a mix of both, and sometimes it only stretches the saddles a little. The main way to tell is if the belly is clear. Your anery-ish critter has belly checkers, he is not a motley.
It is normal for some of the saddles on the neck to be linked, by the way. And even when the top pattern strongly suggests that the animal is a motley, if there's belly checkers, they are a most likely a "notley". You can look at my own Nautley for an example of how something can truly *look* motley, but not be one. You're little guy, however, has a completely normal pattern.
