She is 4 months old and has a slilverish diamond on the top of her head, whats the chances she'll grow into it?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking...you have a Reverse okeetee...that much I understand...lol

Any head markings will grow with the snake...if it's silverish now, it will probably go whiter as she gets bigger...assuming she is a Reverse Okeetee...lol
 
If you mean a grey spot like this:

It will not stay. It takes about a year for these spots to fade out.

That kinda looks like it, she is so little that I can't really tell but that would be the little spot. Thanks guys.

and no, she is not reverse, she is albino with pink scales, and Okeetee markings, and red eyes, I believe RO's still have black eyes correct?

Nope. RO's have red eyes. They're amels (aka "albino").

Thanks man that is very helpful, I appreciate it. I've had my ball for awhile now I know alot about her, but i've only had my corns for a week. So I'm still learning
