Your girl looks pretty flabby. I might hold off on breeding her this year so that you can slim her down and increase her muscle tone. Also, are you sure you want to do a pairing that will produce mostly, if not all, normals?

last years clutch comprised of amels, normals and ghosts.....

as for being flabby, she is starting an intensive toning regime tomorrow comprising of swimming, climbing stairs....

muscle tone is not too bad (could be better) but when i am holding her she can hold herself outstretched almost half her body to reach from my arm to her viv...

thank you for your input, as always, i listen to all points, tips and advice given..

I have to agree with Shiari... she does look overweight. It's a huge health risk to breed an overweight female... just like it's a risk to breed a female that is too small.

Slow down the feeding to once every 10 days then to every 14 days over a period of time. And take her out and excersice her. Hold her let her crawl on you, keep her active... Egg laying will take some off but fat can also causes fertility issues if she is too fat...She looks like she just ate a meal to me...

If you female had a little bit more white on her, and a scar about the length of her head on the right side of her neck(previous owner fed live), I would think that she was my Gypsy...LOL

just got off the phone to a friend of mine and she has offered me the use of her snow male, if i was to put him to my amel and they were successfull what can i expect the offspring to be like.......

Are you asking what morphs to expect, I'm assuming? If there are no hets a snow x amel will be 100% amel het anery. If the amel is het anery then you could also get some snows.

You might have trouble selling Amels or Snows, the way things are in the UK at the moment. TBH, you might have trouble selling pretty much any Corn morph...

selling is not a problem for me as i dont intend selling many anyway...

this is the male i will probably be using...

Nice, he's got good tone. I would work with the female on toning up until April then reevaluate her for breeding if she still looks pudgy I would put off breeding her until next year or she may have issues like the rescue I just lost.
