According to the records we got from PetSmart shes about 4 months old they said she was eating normally at the store but i'm pretty sure that's a lie because she is tiny and was very extremely puny when i got her. Ive had her for about a month and have seringe fed her once a smushed up mouse and force fed her twice the first time just a head and the second time a head and part of the body but it was cut up. she has gotten a bit bigger since i got her but im really worried about her because shes so tiny. She doesnt act drowsy or anything whenever i handle her she is active and slithering around. Ive tried all the trick deli cups placing the mouce in her habitat, braning, diping the pink in tuna juice, offering only the head and only the body. wiggling it around in her cage but shes just not interested at all she just looks away. I really need help because im afriad she will die if she doesnt eat because of her size as you can see in my profile pic shes tiny, about the width of a pencil and maybe 12 inches long. I just need some advice should i continue to force feed her how should i go about doing so will she gain any weight? any questions you have about her that i can tell you that will help you to help me im willing i just really dont want her to die thank you so much

It sounds to me that you are trying to offer food too often, and force fed far too soon. If you have only had her a month, then you should have only offered her food roughly four times. I definitely wouldn't jump to force feeding/tube feeding in that amount of time.

Leave her alone for an entire week. Ensure that your husbandry is correct- how is she heated, how many hides does she have, what substrates etc. once you have done that, place her in a deli cup or a tiny paper bag with a hot pinky mouse, close the cup or bag, put it in the cage, cover it and leave it alone for several hours without looking! If she doesn't eat with this method after a few tries, then you will have to look into other things.

Good luck!
