My corn snake is acting weird. Can anyone help?

So, my corn snake is acting strange when I take him out. He twists into a pretzel a lot and he also does this weird head turn that makes the rest of his body flip over. The best I can describe it is like he's drunk. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm wondering why in the heck he's just started to do this....

My snake did something like that too for a month, he's twist and turn in your hands and get really tense. he would half flip over...his belly up but his head the right way. It was like he was playing dead hoping i'd put him down. He's tame now and doesn't do anything like that anymore, he still wants to get down and explore. Try cradling him against you instead of grasping him (and having to squeeze him). If your snake lies on his back in the tank that would worry me.
