My favourite Sunkissed baby

Well out of this years clutch this one is definitely my favourite. I love her dark borders and colour, in some places from the top you could mistake her for some kind of milksnake.
Decided to hold her back to see how she develops!

Crazy, as I started to scroll past the picture I was thinking "Wait, the title said sunkissed, not okeetee!" ~LOL~ Very pretty . . . will be interested to see how she progresses.

That's one gorgeous snake. It begs the question though... Why is Sunkissed referred to as another form of Hypomelanism? Clearly this snake has very large concentrations of melanin around the borders, so I'm just curious what makes the morph a form of Hypomelanistic. I would, and have, tended to personally think of it more as a pattern mutation.

Just a question, and no need for anyone to respond, as I don't want to hijack this thread. That is one of, if not the nicest looking Sunkissed's I have ever seen. I can't even imagine what an Amel form would look like... Probably my new favorite morph :)!

Wow, thanks all. I`m glad i`m not the only one who thinks she stands out!
Michael, i totally agree about the hypo thing, she`s prbably about as unhypo as they come :nyah:

Here are a few of her clutchmates in case anyone wants to see them for comparison.

Sunkissed effects coloration more than pattern, just compare adult snakes with their sunkissed counterparts- they are generally far lighter.
The fact that there's concentration of Melanin near the boarders doesn't mean that the Melanin in the snake's entire body wasn't affected.
She is also still very young, give it time.

WOW!! They are all really NICE!! I can definitely see why you are keeping that little guy!!
