My first corn got here today!!! I'm so excited!!!
She's from Kathy Love, and is a little female anery, hatched at the end of last May. She's het motley and lavender too! She's registered with ACR as well, whee! She's so adorable and tiny!
I've named her Zith - the name of a very intelligent and very charming little female snake in a book series (David Eddings - the Malloreon). She's definitely cute and charming, and seems very inquisitive too!
I have her in her cage set up settling in (for anyone who read my post about my cage setup - I swapped the half logs for coconut hides, so they are smaller and have just one entrance). She has the bit of aspen from her shipping container in her different hides (coco warm, coco cool, and the long tube along the back), to help her settle in, but paper otherwise so I can monitor and fecals, etc. Once she's settled in I'll put aspen in the rest of the cage as well.
Here are a few pictures - sorry that they are blurry, but I didn't want to take more than a couple while I unpacked her, to avoid stressing her, and I won't be taking any more for at least a few days. Trying to make her transition as smooth as possible!

Zith sniffing my hand:
Zith being nervous, but adorable!:
