My new kids...

Got these hatchlings last Wednesday...and I just fed them for the first time last night...they ALL took pinks off tongs (I have two 04's that still won't eat unless the lights are off and nobody is around...so the tongs thing is awesome as far as I'm concerned).

Male Amel...never been a BIG amel fan...except sunglows...and this guy has promise...not a sunglow...but mostly a deep red and yellow...hopefully it will stay this way...or I may have to get rid of him...LOL

Male Motley Stripe...this guy has a partially vanishing pattern...really a good looking snake...he will be doing a lot of breeding his first year out.

Male Anery Aztec...nice solid stripe aztec pattern runs about a third of his length in the middle of his body...picture isn't that good...he is a MOVER...had a hard time getting him to stretch out and stay...

Female Stripe...VANISHING PATTERN from HELL...it is hard to see well, but the last third of her body had absolutely no pattern on it.
I want to work with her to try to line breed some patternless (among other things)...if the F1's come out with as little pattern as she has.

Female Ghost...looks like she has blue eyes...and she has an AWESOME pattern...she's the smallest of them all...and was slightly reluctant to feed...but she WILL come around...want to use her for a striped ghost project...

Female Anery...she looks almost banded...and she is very strange looking...almost kisatchie...VERY dark saddles and even the background is a good medium grey...no pinks or purples and her belly is almost completely checkerless...there are NO checkers until the last quarter of her length and these are few and far between...

All of these guys are possible het for your usual suspects: Hypo, Anery, Amel, Stripe, Motley, Lavender, etc.

Very nice group you got there. You should get some really cool babys from your projects.I hope you get the patternless ones you are looking for. :flames:

Thanks everyone...
Now it's time to get them growing...can't wait to breed them.

That striped male is going to have his work cut out for him when he is big enough...have to find some reptile viagra...LOL
I want to mate him to at LEAST 3 or 4 of my females...if not 5. I want to prove out his genetics and introduce that nice motley stripe to a couple of lines...

Can't wait to get some stripes out of him and the female either...especially if they have hets that prove out...
Can you say patternless ghost? Lot of work...but worth it.
