Adorable isn't he? Could somone give me an idea what he is? I know he's albino, e.g., red eyes, but other than that, no idea.

You say he is a Snow. If they want more detail explain to them he Amel which is Albino lacking the dark pigment. and Anery which is albino lacking the red pigment. That is what makes them so white. Amel+Anery=Snow=no dark or red.
