I fed my royal yesterday for the first time, I was so happy when she snatched the dangling mouse from my hand. It actually kind of startled me how fast she is. Usually she moves around so slowly. I must be addicted to snakes if seeing constriction makes me giddy. :p btw, the cardboard box was a one time deal, I realize how unsanitary that would be for repeated use.

Congrats on a successful feeding.

I used to feed Simbi in a cardboard box. I just lined it with paper towels. When it got icky from mouse juice I could just change the paper towels.
