So this is my Snow het Charcoal Shaman. I keep waiting for him to get more and more white and yellow, but he keeps getting pinker and pinker every shed. Not sure where the pink is coming from, but he sure is fun to watch. Of course I cannot quite catch how pink he is on camera, but you get the idea with these pictures.

His sister is crazy bright too. She is an Amel het Charcoal ph Anery. Here is a picture of her for comparison.

I am tempted to pair these two together next year, just because I think there might be something else hidden in their genetics. Anyways I think they are pretty awsome.

Hi

your snakes look beautiful especially against the blue gravel - is that the type you can use for aquariums?

Being quite new to snakes I have a lot to learn still, is the gravel safe to use in vivs as well, i've done a lot of reading and haven't seen it mentioned anywhere yet?

I don't think that you can't keep snakes on it, but I personally wouldn't and do not know anyone who does. I think I read in one thread about a person who was considering it, but you would have to do a search to read more about it.

My snow is losing its pretty pink and is turning green around the saddles. I've read that males have a better chance at getting pink and females tend to go green. You have some pretty snakes. I love the amel. Go on and mate them; see what hatches.
