mystery hard lump: mouse femur or cypress?

I fed my yellow rat four days ago. He's finally back on large mice after brumating. He hasn't had one since October and was 265g at last weigh in. I'm not worried yet, but have a good relationship with my vet and should be able to schedule a visit for next week.
1. It's usual for him to continue to poop several times after each feeding and he chose to rest in the cool side of his viv this time where it can get colder than 82F.
2. He generally will only feed if I don't pick him up first so I try to feed him in viv but he tends to be an active eater so his prey ends up traveling with him.
3. Because of his color I can shine a light and get a vague sense of what's going on inside. There did seem to be a larger thing in there which I am praying is just the bones and remaining organic detritus.
4. He already pooped a bit and is active now. The bump doesn't seem to be hurting him (please let it not be an internal abscess ב"ה). He will have plenty of water available and I will make the warm side of his viv more accessible.
I'll update as things progress.

Good news: while I'm still not sure what the lump exactly is, it is traveling down Beatrix's body. He passed some more waste today and I expect he will keep doing so until his next feeding in a few days (he's on accelerated feeding because he is underweight). I'm still hoping it is just the splayed pelvis of his prey making a weird shape.

Still not quite sure what that bump was, but it has certainly passed. Beatrix took another feeding yesterday (large adult) and all signs of the bump have gone. There have been several fecals so I've definitely come in contact with the source. Thank you all for the interest. I guess when a snake doesn't digest quickly, the food item can remain inside longer than expected with no seeming ill effect. I just need to make sure temps stay warm.
