Last pic. I swear- Naplam was just like posing a Gumby snake today- he would stay wherever I put him, not moving a muscle, allowing me to adjust him by quarter inches. Such a good boy!! I bet New Mom can't wait till it warms up!!

I wish I knew what was different today. I'm going to try to shoot someone else tomorrow- maybe same tree, same time of day. Maybe I'll get lucky!!
 
Oh my gosh Nanci, "napalm" is right! That is one seriously bright colored snake. Your photography is incredible.
