Need ID on a lizard

I could have sworn I saw a thread with a similar lizard a few days ago, but I can't find it.

Known info, this was found inside an office building in North Carolina. Near the Charlotte area.

The lizard is tiny, length of a pinky finger.

What the heck is it? I know it's a hatchling, but no clue what.

Keep him as a pet- use for scenting!! They have them in Gainesville, just not at my house. I'd love to get my hands on a couple.

I wish! He was found in Charlotte by a friend. He's going to keep him. I told him to be on the look out for more.

We had them in AZ. They come out at night and eat the bugs around your porch light. Sometimes they would hide in pants pockets or shoes and then scare the crap out of you when getting dressed.

omg! LOL I'm sorry but LMAO!! heheh I could imagine someone putting their clothes on and then yelling and throwing thier clothes around the room LOL :D Made me laugh til I actually snorted! LOL too funny!

My Mom just found one of those in her bathroom sink, it had fallen in and couldn't get out. I posted the picture in DYK for an ID, maybe that's what you were thinking of? I'd sure like to live somewhere that had that kind of invasive problem! I'd trade house geckos for hobos any day!
