I knew that. Hey Jacob, how you doing dude? As you mom can tell you most of what I say is nonsense. You were very polite to thank me even though what I said didn't make much sense.
To answer your question, I think the first thing I would do is go around your city and talk to the owners of the pet stores. Tell them you would like to sell them some of your babies when you get some and see what they think. Ask them if they would buy from you and how much would the be will to pay.
You need to remember this is a tough business. You will get most of your babies in July and August and then sell them. You'll have lots of money from that sale but you have to remember to save that money to buy mice with all year long. When the next baby season comes if you still have money left, that is your profit, you can buy something nice for your mom.
Start slow, don't get too many snakes to start with. It's a lot of work to feed and clean them all year long. Make friends with the pet store people. Go visit them so they get to know you. Buy your aspen and water bowls from them, not on line.
Make it fun, if you don't enjoy it, don't do it, find a different way to make money. Live is short, don't spend it doing stuff you don't like.
Hug your mom every day. (she has the keys to the car)
