My snake hasn't pooed in two weeks (two feedings) and she usually goes at least once every feed, but this is the second week in a row that she hasn't. I've thoroughly checked her viv, and she looks backed up. It's two days before feeding time and I'm afraid to feed her again for fear of her getting more backed up. She's currently eating 2 pinkies a week, and so there's 4 pinkies in her body somewhere that need to exit :nope:

I've tried letting her swim in warm water, she doesn't like it at all and hardly stays in the water. When she is, she seems too stressed to poo.

I've also tried letting her move around on carpet, but no go.

Help, please...other suggestions? And should I feed her again?

I would put her in say her feed bin with a slightly warm damp wash cloth to slide over that may stimulate her with less stress than straight water. Also try raising her temps one or two degrees if possible. I know a lot of folks who swear warm water helps lol.

OK, first off, If you're this worried about poop, you should probably keep her on paper towels. On anything else, it's really easy to miss a hatchlings poo. A lot of times it's stuck to the aspen and blends right in. Second, how warm is warm? Did you use your hand to check the temp? Remember, snakes are cold blooded, what seems warm to us is hot for them. Use a thermometer and keep it around 75. It will feel cool to you. Also, some just don't like to be thrown into water. Let her crawl through your fingers too, using all those muscles. I would feed her again after you line your viv/tub/container with paper towels, so when she goes after this feeding your mind will be at ease ;)
