Wilder
Y HALO THAR
I was up at 7am waiting for this snake to arrive. Naturally, she arrived at 10:20am. Eh, what's a few hours of lost sleep, anyway?

Vilya says, "You wouldn't BELIEVE the night I had..."
<img src="http://home.comcast.net/~hilldancer/vilya02.jpg"/>
Peeking through the paper in her cup...
<img src="http://home.comcast.net/~hilldancer/vilya03.jpg" />
And a quick shot before she was placed in her new home. Isn't she pretty?
The name "Vilya" comes from Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. Vilya was the third ring of power held by the elves, and since I used the names of the other two rings -- Narya and Nenya -- for my first two snakes, it was only a matter of course that this one would be named Vilya to complete the set.
Big thanks to the wonderful folks over at Cedar Creek Corns for producing such nice snakes and for the excellent customer service. Thanks guys!
(...do I really have to wait three days?)
