New Corn Feeding question

First, I want to say this is a great community for corn snake enthusiasts to access info.

I just picked up this normal at a pet store yesterday. The guy said they've had him since January and was about 3 mos. when they got him. That makes this guy about 10 months old. he said he's now feeding on two pinks a week. I don't know, but he looks big enough to start on fuzzies. What do you all think?

I don't want a regurge on my hands. I've tried feeding fuzzies when my other corns weren't ready before - having to go back to pinkies, so I don't want to make that mistake again. It's hot now in So. California and the nights are in the upper 70s. Daytime temps in the tank are in the mid 80s even with the AC on.

He should be able to handle a fuzzy easily. I usually jump from large pinkies to peach fuzzies, which are small, then jump up to large fuzzies. I don't fuss over a regurge unless I think it is a result of an illness.

You could try a peach fuzzy. I usually move mine up to fuzzies about 30grams.
If you aren't sure, give her two pinks for her first meal with you, and try a small fuzzy next meal.
