I have recently got in the hunt of getting a corn snake. Growing up i would of never thought i would ever want a snake but after doing some research on them I now want one. I had no idea of how many different colors are available and I can not make up my mind on what I want :nope:. I would like to get a baby from a reputable breeder if anyone has any recomendations. Would be sweet if I could find someone in the DFW area but I am not planning on that. Just wanted to say hi and see if anyone had any suggestions for me. I am now in the process of getting its home set up so it will be ready for whenever i do make up my mind. TIA!!

I can't help you any more than StrangeCargo already has with breeders in Texas, but can add that I've emailed back & forth with Don (South Mountain) & he is very fast to answer any question you may have. Would certainly recommend him. Also if you do decide to have one shipped there are lots of other wonderful breeders on here. Good luck with your decision!
 
Howdy from Texas! I'm from the Richardson-Plano area, though I go to college here at A&M. This board is a great resource with tons of helpful and friendly people. I'd have to vote for Don if you want a breeder from Texas. Three of mine are from him and I could not be happier with them! He will answer any questions you have before and AFTER your purchase. Just a great guy! And it's hard to beat a $35 overnight delivery charge.

As for colors, don't worry, I'm sure you'll end up with more than one eventually! (We all do!) :}
 
Yay for more Texans! Welcome to the forum. My vote is also with Don as I've gotten 4 gorgeous babies from him. He's extremely friendly and helpful.
