I know I posted a lid post yesterday I've been searching the forums and i saw that alot of people like the sliding lids cause there safer. So off I went to search for parts and i found some metal ( used to be for the framing of window screen) which is has a sliding wedge I guess it called in it my idea is to secure it to the top of the tank then use a piece of ply wood or plexi glass with some screening for ventilation and slide it between the wedges to make a sliding lid.
