New member and new corn snake owner

I've been browsing this forum for info the last couple months as I've researched corn snake ownership and it's been really helpful. I bought my first ever snake last Saturday. He (or she) is a Miami phase corn hatchling...probably somewhere around 3-6 weeks old. I'd guess he's only about 10 inches long.

I bought him at Singer's Exotics in Livonia, MI, which seems to be a reputable reptile shop. The owner said he'd eaten only once so far, but I was able to get him to eat a pinky last night on my first attempt. He actually didn't take it right away, so I put the tupperware container with the pinky in his cage and within a couple of hours he ate it. I'd read that sometimes people have a hard time getting Miamis to eat, so I was pretty excited that he seems to have a good appetite already.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and thanks for all the great info here.
