Hi, my name is Dean. But I go by ThFerret or TF for short. I used to have a ferret, but he wasn't a good match for me. I have always gravitated towards snakes and lizards.
Currently I own 2 corn snakes. My first is a common named Emmett. Named after the songwriter, guitarist, singer and founding member of the Canadian rock group Triumph, Rik Emmett. My second is a snow name Layla, named after ... well, duh.
My family also have a wonderful lab named Dixie, and my daughter has a rat named Talia. I know, an odd pairing, snakes and rats. We also just added a hermit crab from FreeCycle named Charlie.
Looking forward to learning more and advancing my knowledge of these beautiful snakes.
