hullo- just wanted to introduce myself and my snake- i dont have a pic of him yet( waiting for his first at-home shed to finish) and waiting to see if hes just an anery or a charcole( hes just a baby, and though i dont like pet stores per say, i fell in love with him when i saw him)-

ive always wanted a snake ( my mother would brag about the boa she used to babysit when she was younger) and love reptiles the most out of any animal- if i had more money and a bigger house, it would be full of animals. right now, my husband has a spotted python( i swear, i fight for his affection with her!) and i have a leopard gecko. id been researching snakes for quite some time, and though i have particular tastes, this ones personality just won me over!

hes only a few months old, blue eyes, checkered belly, and is eating well NOW ( the first time i saw him, i couldnt get him- i had to wait a month- in that time, he stoped eating for the store owners! he was still energetic and healthy, so i got him, took him home, fed him and he ate voraciously since! perhaps he realy likes me? lol)- when i first held him, he went up and down my arm, wraped around my neck, was very content and didnt try to get away accept durring the intial plop in my hands- i just fell in love.- when i gave him back to the store worker, he didnt want to go!

so now i have my baby corn, love him love him- we call him our " little piece of spagetti"- but his name is (deep breath) hero no tatsumaki ( the calm tornadeo)- but i just call him tatsu ( dragon/dragon like)

so kudos to anyone who actualy reads all this!

blue eyes?! maybe its in shed..
my striped anery had the bluest eyes when i first payed attention to the eyes lol and i thought maybe it was the color they would stay but nope just in shed..

congrats on the newbie =] and enjoy the forum its a great place to learn alot of stuff you never htought you would need to know.. lol

I believe you about the blue eyes, my Shade had blue eyes until she was a year old then they turned a blue-gray. Now they are just gray. She is an anery het hypo, so lovely! I love the name you chose, is it Japanese?

Hello and welcome! Love the name as well! Any of the anery based morphs are my favorites. He's very pretty! There is something about him that says anery A to me, but take that with a large grain of salt, I'm by no means an expert.

thankyou guys! that will be cool if hes anery a- that means he may get yellow on him too! he is a silly guy, thats for sure- when i have time, ill tell you guys how he interacted with my hubbys larger spotted python! pics to prove :)
