I recently bought a Elaphe sp. and am heavily involved with Thamnophis and Thamnophis.com. This forum seems very ( not to offend) simple with simple subjects and questions. Does anyone reccomend another Corn Snake forum with a say "Brighter" discussion aura?

I don't think you've done enough reading here to say whether it's 'simple' or not. Why don't you go read the thread "Pile of lavas and lava cinders".

Our "aura" isn't bright enough for you? I guess we should all cheer up and brighten our auras!! :laugh:

I would also like to mention... you stated in one of your posts that you can be quite "direct and judgmental". You are aware that that is a choice, right? I am the same way sometimes, but the joy of typing rather than talking is that you can reread (and edit or delete) every post to ensure it sounds kind and helpful before you hit submit. I know I do! Then you may still on occasion sound harsh, but at least it won't be on every post.

You probably have some real value to add, and we'd like to see that!! But by turning everyone off with harsh judgmental comments before they've had a chance to get to know or respect you, everyone loses out because you won't be taken seriously anymore.

That's my 2 cents on the matter. (how's my spelling?) :)

Hello Saji
Just checked out that garter snake site you join last month to see what kind of aura you thrive. Seem that the topics are par with this site.
So with that in mind... I can't suggest anything for you.
 
You are welcome to be here if you like, with a positive attitude and respect for other members. If not, you are just as welcome to leave and find a community more suited to your needs and/or personality.
