Hi guys, I'm a new member here :) I currently own 1 Corn snake Muscles and 1 Royal/Ball python named Zeus, both normals. Although I have 2 different species I favor corn snake immensly and hope to breed them in the future :)
I found Muscles on November 26th 2009 (Thanksgiving) in our yard. The bitter frost was just kicking in (it was about 60 degrees F) and, not knownig anything about snakes or why you shouldn't keep wild ones, begged to keep him. Long story short, here I am, very educated about snakes (Muscles is spoiled rotten) and with another snake and hoping to breed :) Any and all help is very much appreciated.
I've tried numerous snake forums and have found only one that I like so far so I'm hoping this one is a good one :)

P.S. You can call me Violet (Even though that is not my real name)

Welcome to the forum Violet, I hope you enjoy your time here as there are lots of friendly, knowledgable and helpful corn enthusiasts here, some are even famous! :D

Hi there and Welcome to the "best snake" forum ever!!! :D your very brave to keep a wild corn but apparently they are docile even in the wild. We would love to see some pics of your Muscles and even of Zeus, we love pics! let us know if you need help posting them.

Welcome. This is a great forum to learn about corns. Many of the most experienced and knowledgable breeders in the world regularly post here so its safe to say that this is a high quality website.
And yeah, lets see some pics!!!

Welcome, not really Violet.
Cute snakey. My theory is that we get sucked in by the "big-eyed" look on young snakes. I wonder if they would sell as well if they had eyelids?
Anyway, this is a very good place to learn about your corn.

:D Thanks guys, yes Muscles is extremely docile and I'll get pictures up soon, he's bitten me once, but it was his first handling so it's understandable, he's going into shed so he isn't his usual bright color but he's my baby anyway. (He/she? I call him a he lol)
