New/Old Nic Boa

Some of you may have read that I recently probed the 1.2 trio of adult Corns and found out they were really 3.0...
I was browsing Craigslist to see if there was anything local as far as adult females...and wasn't coming up with squat.
I did however find an ad for a male Nicaraguan Boa...in my town...and it happened to be the male Nic that I got from Bekers about 1.5 years ago! The guy I sold him to was listing the Nic because he was looking for some Cornsnakes. I offered him up the trade, and he now has 2 adult male Corns, and I got my boa back! He is in excellent health, and super calm. I figure I can just save some money and order whatever female I want for the lone male Corn that I kept. (The Sunglow). And I also have the 1.1 Hatchlings with various hets.

Anyways...enough blabbering...here are a couple of pics of him:)

I had originally named him Apollo...and I think that's what I'll stick with.

More pics after he's settled in :)

That's really cool that he ended up with you again! I'm glad everything worked out for you. Hope you find a nice female for your sunglow too.

I hope to be at the show...not sure if I'll be shopping. The sale of the 2 males was supposed to fund my weekend spree, but since I did a trade, I don't have any spare cash for a female right this second. Still plenty of time though to find a nice big female and get her ready for the winter :)

Loving that I got my boa back, Apollo is settling in his tub right now, but I am working on a plan to convert a big section of my entertainment center into a pretty viv for him :)
Gotta love that these male Nic's don't get super huge...you can build a badass home for them without it being super huge. His dad was only 3' long!
