Hi,

Last thursday I received my first snake. It's a baby cornsnake.A real beauty.
Now, for about the last 3 months I have been reading a lot of topics in this forum and based on all your advice I have made his viv with all the nessesary things to make him comfrotable. Heathing is optimal, humid , vantialtion, ect.
He has been in there from thursday and he looks very happy.Today comes the day for his first feed.I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I am planning to take him out this afternoon and let him adjust a little to handeling him and tonight I would like to feed him.I am planning on feeding him out of his viv.
If any of you have some last advice, I would be happy to follow that up.

Anyway, what the real question is , yesterday I was observing him and at a moment he lifted his head and out on the end of his body came some fluid, like water with some I think left over from digestion but the most was like water. Never seen a dropping of a snake. Is that what I should be looking for in the viv or is a droping different ? If so, what was then the fluid. And how does a droping look like?

Thanks for all your response.

they pee and poop at the same time, it should kinda look like bird poo, brown with white chunks, and alot of liquid so its kinda runny.
