Too Far Gone
So this is the first clutch of the season for me. Actually...its the only clutch I have that will be hatching. This clutch is the result of Phantom X Blizzard (TripleMoonsExotic animal).

Me too! So far that is all I have....are two little heads poking out. They are taking their sweet time coming out and the rest of the clutch hasnt even pipped yet!
 
Ha ha! Try to be patient! :) It must be sooo hard to sit there and wait! How many eggs were in the clutch?
 
There are 12 including the two that have pipped. I have had some tragic things happen this past year and a half with my snake colony. It is a relief to have a little success in all the mess.
 
I'm sorry to hear that you had problems this year! It seems like no one has had it easy this year! But at least you got some babies! Are you planning on keeping any if they are what you want, or selling all of them? Were you trying for anything specific?
 
I am keeping a pair and TripleMoonsExotic is keeping a pair. This was kinda a fall back plan as we didnt have anything else to breed to her female blizzard. We hoped to prove the male het amel and the female het hypo but it seems that neither are het for the other....although it is still too soon to say what the other eggs hold.

As for selling...the extras will be sold after we chose our keepers. Price...probably whatever market is for charcoals. I havent really looked that far into it. All babies will be het for hypo and amel.
 
I am really hoping for a blizzard atleast....but i am happy that there is life in those eggs anywho! Congrat Steph...oh and BTW...your female is doing great. She is eating a mouse about every other day...I know...that sounds like a lot but she really hasnt been gaining weight back like I want her to. But she is doing good otherwise....still fiesty as ever! Nothing like my pewter though....:)
