Hey ppl
Just built myself a new viv and just painted it how long should I wait before Kaine can move in?
 
A week. I know it seems excessive but even if fumes are gone to you, your snake has a much better sense of "smell" than you. You always want to be on the safer side...as long as he has something that he will be fine in for a week, that's how long I would wait.

And you gotta post some pics of the new viv too!

Thanks HoosierHerper i will take some pics on the weekend and post it up. i tried last week to put some pics up from Kaine but it did want to upload think it was to big tho.
 
I just built one of my own too, and I waited a week after painting it to transfer the snake into it. He seemed not to mind aside from going nuts from having 3 times as much space to slither around in. :)
