I have enjoyed reading the forum in preparation of buying my first reptile. Thank you for all the good information. I thought I should post now that I have officially joined "the club." The family purchased a classic corn today at the Wheaton, IL show.

I will not post often, since I have little to contribute as a newbie; but I will continue to read and appreciate the posts of the many knowledgable members here.

Thank you again,
Tim

Welcome Tim!
I'm with you, I like suckin' up all this knowledge, and it's not only about corn snakes.

Congrats! I love the expo in Wheaton! I'd have gone today, but it's too bloody cold outside & I was just there earlier this month and I stocked up quite well on all of the mice that I'll need for at least another month or so. :) (I like to go on the Sat dates because my favorite frozen mouse vendor is only there on Sats...) I hope that you also won something from the holiday raffle! :)

Happy Holidays to your family, you & the new lil'one! :santa:

Welcome to the forum and to being owned by a corn!!!!! I was at the show today too, but boy was it cold!!!
Post some pictures of your new baby!!!!!

Welcome,

I went to that expo once when it was Lee Watsons Swap out in Streamwood. Got a hedgehog from there.

Hi,
I also bought my corn snake yesterday at the Wheaton expo. I'm not exactly sure what morph it is and I will try to get a picture up so people can help me.

This is her. I believe the vendor said she was about six months old. I couldn't get to many pictures because she ate yesterday and I didn't want to handle her to much.
