I was just wondering what size tank is good for a new corn snake (hatchling)? I saw one at the local Petco that was 20in in length, 10 wide and 12 tall. Would that size be good for the first year or so?
Also, out of curiousity, I know I'm definatly getting one opal corn snake, but it's possible I may also get a champagne pink one from another breeder. They would bothe be of the same age or close to it by maybe a couple weeks difference, but would they be alright in the same tank? Or would I need a seperate tank for the champagne? They'd both be female, so that's not a concern, though when they get bigger I would probably seperate them into different tanks anyway.
Would they be more comfortable together when they're young? Since they'd be in a new home and all.
Lots of questions. Lol. Anyone who takes the time to answer is given much thanks.
