Okay so I have a non feeder baby corn weighing at 7 grams. I tried feeding a 2 gram pinky about a week ago and luckily it ate. Several hours later regurgitated and ever since hasn't ate. I put the corn snake in a delicious with pinky and all he did was poop near the pinky. Can cornsnakes poop if they haven't eaten? Man I hope he starts eating so he can grow healthy.

it obviously means he didn't poop from his previous meal. The question then is, Why?

And that would also explain why he regurgitated and has not eaten since. It is all related.

Most "All" of the "Poop and Eating" problems I have seen concerning snakes is usually tied to incorrect temperatures or Handling issues.

So let's try to address both -

The temp for proper digestion is around 85 degrees. If his cage is too hot or too cold he will not eat. He should have a "Hot Spot" at 85 degrees, and then a cool side around 74 degrees. That way he can pick and choose for himself if he wants to cool off or heat up. He should have a "Hiding Place" (Box) on both the hot side and cool side.

As for the handling issues - Once you feed the snake, you do not handle it again until it poops. (Normally this is 2 to 4 days.)

If the regurgitation, not eating, and pooping disorders persist even with proper temps and handling, then you have a "Sick Snake" in which case you'll need the help of a Vet rather than postings from a message forum.

Good Luck

Yes, a snake that's not eating will defecate urites (and shed) till it starts eating or passes. Depending on age how much and how often. A hatchling is still digesting the yoke in it's belly in the first 2 weeks -/+ of its life. As an example I have an adult house snake that has gone one year in my care (who knows how long it went prior) that not eaten that defecates and sheds regularly. I am now force feeding him.
Karl hit on the first things to check with a non-feeder. There are "sticky's" addressing non-feeders and tricks to use. Also purchase Nutro-Bac (Kathy Love sells it amongst others) that will help replenish important stomach fluids lost during the regurge.
Hope all go's well..
