it obviously means he didn't poop from his previous meal. The question then is, Why?
And that would also explain why he regurgitated and has not eaten since. It is all related.
Most "All" of the "Poop and Eating" problems I have seen concerning snakes is usually tied to incorrect temperatures or Handling issues.
So let's try to address both -
The temp for proper digestion is around 85 degrees. If his cage is too hot or too cold he will not eat. He should have a "Hot Spot" at 85 degrees, and then a cool side around 74 degrees. That way he can pick and choose for himself if he wants to cool off or heat up. He should have a "Hiding Place" (Box) on both the hot side and cool side.
As for the handling issues - Once you feed the snake, you do not handle it again until it poops. (Normally this is 2 to 4 days.)
If the regurgitation, not eating, and pooping disorders persist even with proper temps and handling, then you have a "Sick Snake" in which case you'll need the help of a Vet rather than postings from a message forum.
Good Luck
