:wavey:
Well; I joined the group quite some time ago; posted a picture of myself with my daughter's corn snake, Cora and even created a photo album with the little hatchlings that we have...and then; I dropped off the face of the corn snake.com's earth!
Anyway a quick background... Cora was a present for my daughter's 15th birthday :crazy02: our first ever reptile! Four days later; on our way to the pet store that we purchased her at, so they could show us how to feed Cora, we discover 8 eggs in the little homemade constructed humidifier box! WOW!!!
So... our feeding trip became an incubator buying trip and with the help of the pet store guy,who was clearly SHOCKED that he had sold a pregnant corn we were on our way
....fast forward through the incubation period and lots of trial and error, and we had 6 hatchlings born.... 3 pink ones (snow motley?) and 3 that resemble Momma ( amel motley?) I don't even know the proper names...
K... I know this is super long; I apologize for that! We have decided on the one we are keeping, and plan to find good, loving homes for the other 5. They are thriving, eating a pinkie every 4-5 days, and have just begun their second shed! Some are very relaxed, others; super fiesty! It's all a HUGE learning process and I am so appreciative that this website exists :cheers:
