it's difficult to determine how norbert is doing. he hasn't been moving all that often, only really when i go in to change his water or turn his light on in the morning before i go to work. he is still lying on the floor of his viv where the heating pad is. he DID sip some water last night which made me happy. i expected him to shed by now, but i'm not sure he's ready. i can't really tell if his eyes are going whitish or not. the center of the eyes look bigger than usual...what's that about? i can take him to the vet, but i don't really know if there's a need at this time.

Its really hard to tell with snow's and ghost for shedding time. My sister has an amel and the only way I can tell is a slight difference in skin texture. What I do is I have a feeding and shed chart. I feed on the same days about the same time , and my snake seems to go in to shed about the same time each month. It maybe something to help you out in the future.
 
that sounds like a really good idea, thank you. hopefully he'll "come out of his skin" sometime this week. pray for norbie! j/k.

I have an albino snow too and the next one will be his 3rd shed with me. S/he seems to go dull and brighter every few days and the eyes never seem to be the same 3 days running.
I have a list of his feeds and of his sheds (As Krenna suggested) on pinkies it seems he shed every 8th feed..........he's on fuzzies now so it will be interesting to see how regular his sheds get on these.

i see it on my corns because of the scales. There not neatly arranged anymore but they stand out. The moment after they shed they're flat again. I might mis blue fase but this i always see.
