Hey folks, I joined back in 2003 when i got my first corn snake Dugan. I havent been to the forum in some time and when i rediscovered it, lo and behold i was already a member and saw my posts about dugan. Much to my excitement im glad i refound this place. Since then ive gotten more into reptiles and keep several as well as other pets. Currently my zoo consisters of 1 greyhound (Tito), two cats (lexi and merlin), 4 ferrets (isaac, thor, ghost and chester), and onto my scaley pets which are 1.1 leopard geckos (apollo and freya), 2.1 crested geckos(aurora, miran, last male isnt named yet), 1.1 bearded dragons (cheeseburger and zair), 1.0 savanah monitor (tank), 2 grey tree frogs, 0.1 albino striped california kingsnake (rosey), 0.1 pastel ball python (unamed yet) and of course my corns snakes. My older male amel Dugan, and 1.1.0 creamsicle amel corns (nova, ember and slinky). I also have a breeding pair of ASF's, a female red knee trantula and of course bug colonies.

I do really like the corn snakes and am looking into breeding them on a small scale, mostly as a hobby and for enjoyment. my pair of creamsicle amel's im going to breed when there big enough, though there still babies so thats down the line. But I also really want to get my hands on a nice pair of striped corns, preferably ones that are het for some other morphs. Would make it alot of fun to see what comes out of the eggs.

Im also an artist and I have a degree in veterinary technology. Though art is my other big passion. I paint, draw, do some digital art, and also make pet related products. Like cat beds, hammocks, blankets, hanging cubes, etc for the ferrets and other such creatures. I also make some furnature for my reptiles from clay.

So nice to meet you all! :)

Welcome, from a fellow weasel keeper :)
I actually got into snakes because of my ferrets.
My ferret breeder gave me the link to a local herp society, to network for feeder mice, for the ferrets. Long story short, I now have snakes as well. Haha

I would love to see the hammocks that you make!

Hey, I met you on chat last night :) I used to have some foster ferrets but then they got adopted. I raise New Zealand rabbits. Technically they are not very good except the red and the white ones. Siamese Sable and Harlequin are not recognized colors. I think they should be, I hate when they limit colors when so many are possible. Just cause someone doesn't like the way it looks, nyah! I'd love to see the stuff you make too.

Woah, 11 posts since March 2003?! Crazzyyy... Well, nice to have you back! :dancer:

I identified with your introduction a lot.. my passion is art, and that's what I've been going to school for (mostly because I was scared of the big bad world and didn't know what else to do), but I think once I get my BA in Fine Arts I will start looking at how to fund schooling for my ideal job, which is a vet or vet tech.

Not sure where life will take me in between, but hey, I've got some cool corn snakes and this forum! Good luck with your collection, hope to see you around here for a lot more than 11 posts!

Oh yea, also, don't know if you remember, but.. we love pictures! Let's see that collection! ;)

Thanks everyone :). I know I feel bad for having so few posts but ill be working on that now ;).

Also I'll see about getting some pictures to show off my babies as well as some of the stuff i make :). The weasels go crazy for the stuff I make luckily. Also I feel makes them more comfortable in their cage as well as it saves me a few bucks, hahah.

There's no need to feel bad.
It doesn't matter how many posts you have. We're glad you're here. :)
