Been 2 weeks now Alice had missed feeding, she does doesn't seem at all interested in the mouse, iv tried waving it in front of her, leaving her wif it for an hour on her own, not tried braising yet because there is no reason why she can't take it thawed? - And dont want hergetting used to that. She is not due a shed either I'm starting to worry she's more concerned of tryn to find a way out her feeding tank :( help please no dramatic change in tank or aspen someone help!

How old is she? What are her tank temperatures at? How are you measuring these temperatures? Have you had her long enough to know if she's usually a problem feeder? Those questions will help the community try and help you. It could be anything from too hot so she's too busy trying to get away, to a natural urge to go off feed in preparation for brumation. It's hard to say and give advice without a little more info though.

Braining, scenting, and privacy are all methods you could try to get her to heat. Doesn't matter what you want her to get used to (snakes are pretty primal anyways and don't "get used" to much), what she wants outweighs what you want.

She is a year old, had her since she was 3 weeks, always been a consistent good eater, heat mat inside her viv, measured with dial gauge, hot and cold side, sheds perfectly comes off in one whole piece. Well natured seems happy to be out her tank or snuggle in my hood, changed her feeding box to a larger one about a month ago she had had 2 successfull feeds in it, so don't think it cud be that, she ha always eatn in front of me doesn't need privacy. I have tried giving her privacy but come back to her climbing or tryn to find away out mouse still sitting there, I'm getn worried now :(

Well given all of that then, like others stated in your other thread, I wouldn't worry much. More than likely just nature/biology winning out and her brumation urges kicking in. Keep an eye on her weight to make sure she stays healthy and just keep trying (probably not too frequently, once a week or two should suffice) and she should eventually come around. Good luck!

It's the snake equivalent of hibernation. It's not exactly the same thing, but close enough for an analogy. Basically they'll shut down almost entirely to survive the cold months, since they're exothermic. Serves other biological functions, like triggering mating time, etc.

Right I'll keep an eye on her she seems very healthy anyway I'll try some more feeding methods then let u guys know when she eats again
