I don't know what substrate you are using but I've "lost" poo in the aspen bedding. Sometimes it so dry when I find it it just falls apart. I have a baby that tunnels. At times, I have to really go on poo hunts to find it. I've only had my baby a month, but I'm already becoming a veteran poo hunter.
