I can't get a visitor message to go away. It is saying 1 message and I have looked at it on 2 different computers and 2 different web browsers (IE 8 and Firefox) and still it says 1 under the "your notifications" when I log in.
Any ideas or help to get it to go away?
 
Read the message and then delete, physically log off of cs.com not just close it, and see if that works:)
 
OK I have logged out 3 times and came back in and it still says there is 1 notification. I can't delete it since it is a visitor message on profile page. :realhot:
Is there a way to delete those? Any other suggestions?

Did you click on the little arrow, next to the "your notifications" link. Scroll down to the highlighted "visitor message" drop down menu. I dunno, see if that works.

That is what I do every time. It also didn't work.

I am guessing that is what I will have to do. Lori sent me a visitor message and it cleared that one (went from 2 to 1). It won't clear the one before hers from Eric. LOL I am not sure what is wrong with that one. Strange in the past as soon as the page loads the number goes away but it won't for that one message.
 
My OCD would kick in on that and it would drive me absolutely insane. Sorry my message didn't work...I had high hopes.
