My corn snake named Cornholio regurged about a month ago due to too large of a feeding, I waited 10 days to feed him again and he happily ate and digested his food with no problems. 7 days later I fed him a larger pinkie and he struggled to eat it, shortly after he went into blue and then 3 days after feeding I found a regurge on the cool side of the tank.

I ordered Nutri-Bac immediately and Im ordering Reptaid XL as well. What do you think would be the best way to treat Cornholio using a combination of these products and also the best method of doing so. Anything is appreciated.

Do not feed him for ten days. Then, feed 1/3 of a pink. Then, feed 1/2 a pink. Then, feed 1/2 a pink. Then feed the 2/3, in two pieces. Then feed a whole, small pink, cut in half. Then, very, very gradually, increase the size of the pink. You can feed every 5-7 days. Dust all meals with Nutribac.

Never, ever feed him when he is blue, again. If you are in doubt- compare his weight to the week before. If he has a larger-than-expected weight gain, and it's been about 3-4 weeks, he is most likely blue.

Ahhh see I fed him and then two days later he went into blue I didint realize that you could weigh him to find that out. Do you have any experience with reptaid XL? And also it says nutri bac is water soluable, is there a way i can give it to him before the 10 days of feeding him? I bought some pinkies and i am going to cut them into thirds for his next meals

You can mix the Nutribac into his water, but you must change the water every day then.

I haven't used Reptaid ever.

You have to be VERY careful in increasing his prey size, now, since he has had two regurges. Even if he still acts hungry. Even if he is doing well. What does he weigh now?

He weighs 14 grams right now which is why i havint given him a fuzzy yet, I made the mistake of feeding him 2 pinkies the first time, which is why I think he regurged in the first place. I had a small pinkie I fed him after 10 days and he digested it fine so i gave him a larger pinkie that I had and thats when he started having issues again
