so a while ago my female motly finally laid eggs... i was so excited sense i had a hard time getting her in the mood. i was excited bout the eggs but some things came up so i had to ask dagiant (gene) to help me out which I'm really great full for.. he started updating me and i finally was in a position to take my eggs back. she laid 13 and 4 remain.. :( of course.. these don't really look so good either luckily they have 1 more week to day 60 so i hope that at least ill get 4 but there denting.. there not dehydrated they still look like good eggs. but I'm wondering the big dent on this one particular eggs if its trying to pip? or if its going to not make it. what should i do? heat 87 humidity is around 70ish not soaked nor is the substrate dry as a bone. all i want is at least 4 healthy babies..thanks for input..

should i adjust the heat to 85?

Checking Kathy Love's manual.....

She says 85 is optimal, but they can well tolerate temps from 70 to 90 degrees. Up your humidity closer to 90 to 100% as well.

We incubate at 82 degrees for about 60 days with 85% humidity. But that is just us. I am sure lots of other people do differently.

Hope that helps.
