I figured I should properly introduce myself after getting help from some lovely people on here.
My name is Meg and I currently keep 3 corn snakes (a gold dust, a charcoal and a coral ghost), a Mexican black kingsnake, a California kingsnake, a ghost Honduran, 2 ball pythons (a pied and a fire), 7 leopard geckos, 2 African fat tail geckos, a panther gecko, 4 cave geckos, a banded leaf toe gecko, 9 crested geckos, 2 gargoyle geckos, a sarasinorum gecko, a bearded dragon, a fire skink and 2 tiger salamanders. I also have a rabbit and a cat.
My other interests are dance, visual art, fashion, beauty, health, body modifications and of course my relationships with friends and family.
I look forward to getting to know everyone and see everyone's beautiful reptiles.
And thanks again to the knowledgeable people who did there best to try to help little Eli.

Hi Meg! Looking at your impressive collection, I thought I'd get your opinion... I only have a corn at the moment and am still fairly new to snakes (though I've had Sneak for a little over a year now)-- what would you recommend for my next snake? I just can't decide Kingsnake, milksnake or ball python? :)

@Amanda47. No room for the pear tree, nor the partridge. And the cat would terrorize both tree & partridge. haha

@JennaJ. That's a hard one. I like them all differently. I was originally drawn to the face shape of kingsnakes and therefore my California King was my very first snake. I love the insane "paint jobs" that you can get with corn snakes and ball pythons. What do you want out of a snake? High activity levels or lower activity levels? Most colubrids are most active, which is nice if you watch them in their viv but can be a bit more of a handful when getting used to handling them. Whereas with ball pythons they are not too active most of the time (I do catch both of mine out and about and watching me at times) but they are easier to handle for someone wanting a chill snake. I clearly couldn't decide which I like better as I have gotten some of both haha.

@ZiggysMom. Thanks. They keep me busy and always learning, since it is really hard to truly master any species when you have this many.

Thanks! In a snake, I guess I'm looking for a pretty chill animal that I can handle. I'm leaning toward a ball python right now, but I go through phases! :D I've handled a kingsnake, milksnake and ball python at the wildlife sanctuary that I volunteer at and I adore them all-- so it's tough!
